Where do I start! The whole staff are very friendly, professional, and make you feel at ease and welcomed from the moment you walk in. Lucky to have found this dental practice! From the moment I called to inquire about a first time appointment, insurance questions, etc, everything was explained. My MANY questions were answered without feeling rushed. Management, Avonika is so sweet and kind and ensures you’re taken care of. She takes her time to explain in detail your treatment options and breaks down all the price details so there are no surprises in what the insurance covers and what you are required to pay. Which I truly appreciate! I’ve had the pleasure of having procedures done by Dr Greenwood and Dr Kingery, they are true professionals and amazing at what they do. By explaining everything and ensuring you have the best possible comfortable experience making sure you are good throughout the entire procedure. I’ve been to other practices and this by far is my favorite. All around amazing customer service. This is my new family dental practice. I highly recommend Sunrise Modern Dentistry!
